Let’s Get Social: A Recap of Our First Marketing Workshop Series
When we launched our Let’s Get Social marketing series this fall, our goal was simple: bring interior designers together in a relaxed, supportive environment to learn, grow, and connect. Mission accomplished!
With four jam-packed sessions, and a room full of fun creatives, this series was great—and we’re still riding that high.
First, a big shoutout to our incredible presenter, Kylie from KLS Marketing. Her tips, insight, and approachable style made every session not only informative but actually fun! Whether you’re a social media pro or still figuring out the difference between a reel and a story, Kylie broke it all down in a way that made sense. Website | Instagram
Here’s a quick recap of the sessions:
Marketing Overview & Essentials We kicked off with the foundations—getting clear on your brand, identifying your audience, and making sure your messaging is consistent across the board. It was a great reminder to make sure your marketing is aligned with your business goals.
Mastering Social Media From content planning to platform tips, we dug into the power of Instagram, Pinterest, and other social tools. Designers left with actionable ways to boost their presence!
Website Audits & Optimization This session helped designers see their websites through a client’s eyes. From calls to action to mobile responsiveness, we covered what works—and what might be quietly turning clients away.
Email Marketing & Client Touchpoints We wrapped the series by diving into the power of email—building client loyalty, creating simple systems to stay in touch, and how to write emails that actually get opened.
Each session was held over lunch at The Herb Box, but by the final session, we realized something: we’d outgrown the space! It turns out when you create space for connection and growth, people show up. So starting in 2025, we’ll be moving most of our lunch series events to Olive & Ivy—more room, same great energy.
We’re also excited to share a few things already on the calendar for next year:
Sip & Shop
Content Creation Workshop
Legal Essentials for Designers
We can’t wait to keep the momentum going and continue supporting interior designers with tools, resources, and events that make a difference.
Stay tuned, and as always, reach out if you want to collaborate, attend, or just say hey.
