Hi, I’m Candice—a wine-sipping, golf-swinging, Bravo-binging business junkie who somehow traded spreadsheets for swatches and never looked back. From banker to marketing director to design rep, I now help interior designers slay the business side while sourcing everything from dreamy wallpaper, fabric and leather to drool-worthy custom furniture.
I co-founded A Rep About Town with these 3 amazing women to turn networking into real-deal friendships (mission accomplished) and make sure designers get more than just beautiful samples.
When I’m not building businesses or obsessing over my next chair design, I’m cheering on my two amazing kids (one chasing a politics science degree, the other working toward her nursing degree) and begging my hubby to golf every weekend!
With 12 years of experience in architectural coatings, Jacky has worked with property managers, contractors, homeowners, and, most recently, architects and designers across the Arizona, Las Vegas, and San Diego markets. Specializing in tailored coating solutions, Jacky ensures every project meets both aesthetic and performance standards. Known for providing expert guidance and exceptional service, Jacky is dedicated to delivering high-quality, durable products and helping clients achieve successful project outcomes from start to finish.

With over 30 years in the floorcovering industry—20 of those with Contract Furnishings Mart—I’ve built my career around helping people find material solutions that balance style, durability, and function. Whether working with designers, homeowners, or contractors, I take pride in offering expert guidance and top-quality products to bring every space to life.
Beyond my career, I am passionate about animal welfare and rescue. I am committed to supporting shelters, sanctuaries, and fostering rescues, advocating for the ethical treatment of animals. My home is a reflection of this love—full of feathers, fun, and a little bit of mischief, thanks to my beloved cockatoo!
In addition to my work in flooring and advocacy, I create nontoxic, clean-burning candles — which a portion of each sale supports local animal rescues. I believe a beautifully designed space deserves an equally inviting atmosphere—and what better way to give back to our communities while creating warmth in our homes?
I am a proud founding member of A Rep About Town, alongside the amazing Candice, Jacky, and Haley. I’ve always believed in the power of community, and supporting fellow designers is a key part of what I do. There’s nothing more inspiring than seeing creativity thrive when we come together!

Jacquie Underwood
Hi there, I'm Haley!
My career in the construction industry began immediately after college; Go Sun Devils! I initially started out as a Purchasing Manager for a design center, then realized sales came somewhat natural to me. I am incredibly passionate about people, and I love connecting and building meaningful business relationships. After being in the industry for nearly fifteen years, I am currently a residential market representative for Cambra, catering to Tempe, Phoenix & Scottsdale. One of my favorite parts of my job is seeing these incredibly creative and stunning projects come to life with the use of our innovative, ahead of the trend designs.
Outside of my career I have several hobbies and passions! Hiking is one of my favorite things to do; with the hustle and bustle of daily life, being in nature is how I mentally reset and find peace. My spouse and I have hiked just about every trail at the Superstition Mountains; it's our favorite hiking spot! I also love to bake, paint & I'm a proud cat mom of two.
I am so happy to be one of the founding members of 'A Rep About Town' with my lovely gal pals Jacky, Jacquie & Candice! It's here where we develop community, insight meaningful conversations, cultivate lasting bonds & relationships, and essentially support one another as business owners and designers.
